Experience
Didier was brought up in Africa and educated in the United States. He started his professional career as a financial analyst with Du Pont de Nemours, before moving to the banking industry where he acquired a vast experience as a banker in a wide variety of multicultural environments, ranging from Canada to Spain, Portugal and France.
Based in Paris in the mid 1980s, he set up and developed the asset-based lending activities of Security Pacific throughout Europe until its merger with Bank of America in 1993. After successful completion, he decided to remain in Europe and joined the Volkswagen Group as President of their French financial services operations.
Didier's extensive experience as CEO, his understanding of organisations and his strong interest in people led him, in 1999, to set up his own coaching practice while teaching and managing the Executive Programmes at the renowned ESSEC business school in Paris. In 2003 he co-created Change Partnership which became France Praesta France in 2005.
