It involves taking a step back, in order to re-generate the energy to move both yourself and your team forward.

Experience

Fabienne’s professional path has been an eclectic one. She started out in sales in the publishing business, before becoming IT Sales Director. Personal Development Manager with Truffaut, she was responsible for creating the complete training manual, from the basics up to the highest level of expertise. She managed multi-disciplinary teams in designing and implementing major HR projects (incentive packages, company integration…)
Her entrepreneurial nature, coupled with her experience in CPD and pedagogical engineering led her to set up two separate structures in 1999: one focussed on training, the other dedicated to coaching, working on motivation with senior executives and their teams.
She joined Praesta in 2008 to further develop these skills in a more international context.

Professional Expertise

Fabienne draws on her operational experience and her systemic view of how companies function. Her key strength lies in her ability to connect with you and so stimulate the commitment required for lively, intense and creative coaching, and to ensure practical application in your daily life.
She calls on various approaches and techniques depending on your personality and your goals: Whether using NLP, Transactional Analysis, or Gestalt.
She frequently works on team cohesion. For this, she calls on the relationship of trust she has built up with the leader and his executive team. Her sense of confrontation makes it possible to get over the necessary tensions within a group to promote effective rolling out of new dynamics within the organisation.
