Professional performance is inextricably linked not only to professional competence but also to personal qualities. As coach to top management, I help my clients with the personal changes involved in improving their leadership performance.

I also coach teams, with the same performance aims, within the context of the company as a whole.

Experience

I began my career at the European Commission in Brussels (Private Office of Lord Thomson). My subsequent experience took me over a period of 25 years through sales management, business development and group strategy roles to top management, in a FTSE 100 company and a high-profile French family-owned concern.

For 10 years, I was a Main Board member of two French pharmaceutical/cosmetics groups.

It was in 2001 that I began devoting all my time to executive coaching. Together with my partners I founded the coaching firm Change Partnership France, which changed its name in 2005 to Praesta France.

With an English father and a French mother, I am naturally bicultural and bilingual. I have lived and worked in the UK, France, Belgium and Australia. I am married, with 3 children.

Professional Expertise

Accredited as a Master Coach by an independent professional body, Grégoire coaches senior executives, high potentials and their teams, mainly in international companies.
He also has an understanding of the intrinsic issues involved in managing and passing on family businesses, and has made coaching family firms one of his specialities.
