With a degree in Armament Engineering, he spent over 20 years leading French subsidiaries of large international industrial groups in building materials, civil engineering, and building equipment.
Driven by his development culture and mindset, Didier has spent the last ten years as an independent executive leader, undertaking interim CEO roles with French companies confronted to strategic challenges of sustainable high growth or structural severe issues requiring deep reorganization and restructuring.
Didier is known for his ability to align and support teams to reach ambitious goals in very competitive and mature contexts where employed capitals are important, emphasizing operational excellence, supply chain optimization, and market share expansion.
