Background and Experience
With more than 30 years of experience, Krumma has held operational and strategic leadership roles in services, hospitality and private higher education.
She has worked within international groups, assumed regional European responsibilities in executive education, and later served in general management positions in higher education, participating in executive committees and boards of a multi industry group.
This dual exposure, operational and strategic, provides her with a nuanced understanding of power dynamics, governance challenges and decision balances at the highest levels of organisations.
