Career and Expérience
Jean is a Partner at Praesta Consulting. Graduate from ESCP (Sup de Co Paris), and the Center for Creative Leadership, former executive, Jean has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Talent developer and Coach he supports individuals and teams for top ranked firms.
He began his career in the IT industry, before joining the ranks of the organizational consulting firm Innovence, then becoming a manager at Right Management (Manpower group) before taking over the management of the “Talent Development” Business Unit at Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH – ADECCO Group).
Manager of three activities, a team of 34 people and a budget of €9M, Jean was able to overhaul the Coaching, Leadership Development, and Executive Assessment offer by restructuring the department and mobilizing the teams around new approaches of consulting and coaching.
Practitioner of individual and team coaching for more than 20 years, creator of the Leadership Lab®, a day of immersion, a 360° “check-up” for Executive(s), Jean has accompanied many leaders and management teams of large groups around the world.
Trained in the United States, having lived a three-year expatriation in Central America, Jean combines ambition and pragmatism, passion for the profession and technical expertise.
Coaching practice
Designer and facilitator of numerous development programs for leaders and teams, developing each person performance and impact in contexts of change is his “raison d’être” and passion.
For Jean, coaching is an experiential, conversational, pragmatic, action-oriented process, allowing you to unlock your potential by tapping into your personal resources.
Jean, in his practice as a coach, aspires to make you explore your problems with another perspective, to provide you with other “frames of reference”, and to find together the ways of “setting in motion” the deployment of operational, efficient “solutions” that look like you.
Supervised for several years by François Délivré, having worked alongside Olivier Devillard, Jean has refined his practice of different approaches in his coachings including the systemic approach and Process Com.
