Background and Experience
With a Master’s degree in Literature and Business School in her pocket, she began her career in communication and advertising, evolving for over 10 years within major groups (Publicis, McCann…) serving high-profile brands (Nespresso, Fnac éveil & jeux, Canal+, Lancôme…).
In 2008, she co-founded a consulting firm and later embarked on entrepreneurship by co-founding madamepopandkids.fr, an innovative website that transforms children’s drawings into printed objects.
After seven years, three graphic designers, five business angels, and a fundraising round, she reflected on her next adventure and realized her passion for human systems. Her fourth professional life would be strategic support.
Since then, she has been assisting executives in transition or new roles, leaders of family-owned SMEs seeking legitimacy, and managers facing scaling challenges.

As a sparring partner, she supports leaders in their strategic and human performance based on three pillars: IMPACT – HARMONY – POWER. Impact, at the heart of leadership, enables one to inspire and transform.
