After a career spanning more than twenty years in complex and multicultural business environments, Salvatore has come to realise that, in contrast to experience and skills that can be acquired, performance and excellence derive exclusively from motivation and commitment of each individual. Fostering the commitment and motivation of employees should therefore be the goal of every wise and far-sighted leader.
Background and Experience
Salvatore began his career in Italy as a strategy consultant in digital communication, media and social networks agencies.
Once in France, a member of the executive committee of an Agency of a large international communication group, he manages the digital team as well as the customer relationship with major French and European accounts.
He then developed strategic partnerships in the MarTech industry, for a leading American SaaS-based digital marketing technology. In this context, he developed partnerships at European and global levels.
His experience also includes contributing to the creation of a startup in the field of digital cartography. During this period, he helped raise funds and orchestrate the relevant company’s organic growth.
Sparring Partner Practice
According to Salvatore, the role of the Sparring Partner is to facilitate understanding of the human dynamics that lead to performance and to support leaders in realizing their potential as well as that of their staff.
Since 2015 Salvatore has been Business Mentor and Coach for the European Innovation Council (EIC). Program of the European Union. In this context, he has coached executives of companies that receive European funding for innovation.
As a true “Sparring Partner”, Salvatore accompanies leaders from all sectors and intervenes particularly in the fields of Multiculturality and Cultural Intelligence to help executives integrate new cultural contexts, and more generally the development of organizations across different cultures and inclusion. He also works on the interpersonal dynamics of teams and their relationship to professional collaboration via the systemic conception of organizations.
