Background & Experience

Audrey graduated from CELSA Sorbonne in Intercultural Management and has built her expertise over two decades in HR consulting and Human Resources Management, working in both French and English, with regular exposure to multicultural environments across Europe, the United States, and the MENA region.

She began her career in consulting, where she spent eight years advising small and medium-sized businesses and large corporations, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, on both strategic and operational issues, including HR strategy, restructuring, HR interim management, change management, labor relations, HR organization, and health and safety.

Audrey then joined a listed biopharmaceutical company as Global HR Director, overseeing the French, Danish, and U.S. entities. As a member of the Executive Committee for nine years, she supported the continuous transformations of a clinical-stage biotech, including acquisitions, a cross-border merger, reorganizations, strategic repositioning, rapid growth, and the establishment and structuring of the U.S. office.

She also worked with the Board of Directors and helped develop leadership skills within the organization by embedding managerial practices in an intercultural context.

In 2023, Audrey applied this experience to support executives and their teams through HR consulting, coaching, and training. She specialized in assisting organizations across various sectors facing challenges related to growth, transformation, the prevention of psychosocial risks, and international expansion, particularly in the biotechnology sector.

She also teaches at ESG Paris MBA Executive in leadership and HR Management.

As a Sparring Partner, Audrey supports executives in both their strategic challenges and their personal and managerial development.

Her approach is built on a strategic, operational, and human perspective, forged through contact with executive committees and complex environments. She helps bring to light what often remains implicit, identify obstacles that inhibit action, and uncover new opportunities.

Her method allows leaders and their teams to step back, realign their priorities, and make sustainable changes to the way they operate.

Audrey offers individual and collective coaching to executives and teams.
