Background and Experience
An engineer by training, Caroline draws on 20 years of experience within large international groups, including Sanofi and L’Oréal. She has led major transformation programs across various domains : Supply Chain, Commercial, Digital, Data and Artificial Intelligence, supporting companies in turning innovation into a genuine competitive and operational advantage.
With a triple French, Spanish and Vietnamese culture, she was exposed very early to diverse perspectives and codes. This background now fuels her adaptability and her keen understanding of corporate cultures, whether local or international.
Within complex matrix organizations, she has developed recognized expertise in aligning multiple stakeholders and building lasting bridges between technological challenges and business objectives. As a member of executive committees, and having led multidisciplinary teams both directly and transversally in France and internationally, she has experienced first-hand the human challenges linked to ongoing change.
These years spent driving transformation have convinced her of one thing: organizations do not change sustainably unless they work in depth with the people who carry them. This is what underpins her commitment today as a sparring partner.
Caroline is also a lecturer at École CentraleSupélec in Paris on topics such as leadership, project management and creativity, and she is particularly involved in intergenerational management issues.

Caroline works both with senior executives in one-to-one settings and with executive teams in collective sessions.
Her dual expertise, operational and coaching, enables her to quickly grasp the complexity of her clients’ situations, whether they are leading a major technological transformation, structuring a phase of expansion or strengthening the cohesion of an executive committee.
