Background and experience
Gratuated in political science and business, Alexis has an international background through his studies (UK and Germany). He hold various positions as consultant, senior executive and lately as member of a steering committee of a large group in the customer relationship area. These appointments gave him the opportunity to work closely with both leaders and field managers.
To leverage his experience, he trained in professional coaching by Vincent Lenhardt, a forerunner of this practice in France. Through this approach, he could strengthen his expertise in change management through a better understanding of the psychological and behavioural triggers among stake holders. For many years now, he has been working with leaders and their teams to help organizations to achieve their strategic goals.
Member of the board of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council in France, Alexis is in charge of the Social Responsibility Programs. Managing a team of 30 people, he coordinates the actions of nearly 400 volunteer coaches towards people striving to find a job.

His personal and professional background gives Alexis a keen understanding of the key issues at stake in his missions, from vision to implementation through lay out. What motivates him : articulate vision and action and enabling each employee to be part of the collective success through the full expression of its singularity. This search for harmony is his trademark for the benefit of faster and more ecological progress for people and the relational ecosystems in which they evolve.
